This is good.  Children learn by example.  Perhaps bullying will lessen if children hear that there are consequences attached to it.  If children are spewing such evil comments at age 12 and 14, what will they be like later on in life?  Children that are capable of such behavior need to have proper counseling before they spin out of control.

It is apparent the boy from 2012 grew up to be a bigger menace.  The principal’s statement is absurd.  Children in kindergarten understand the inappropriateness of drinking from a toilet.  You are going to tell me that high school aged children do not understand that bullying another person to perform such a disgusting and vile act is “inappropriate.”  It is worse than inappropriate behavior, it is criminal behavior.

You have to ask yourself why is it always AFTER a child commits suicide that the facts leading up to the horrific incident are revealed.  Why is it, if a child is being tormented daily in school that no acknowledgement or action is being taken at time that it occurs?  The incidents that happened to Alex, as described in this article, are more than just snide name-calling that were done when no authoritative figure could hear.  However, having yourself exposed in front of others by other students and being locked in a janitor’s closet, must have been known to the school officials.  But yet, Alex’s parents only found out about these incidents AFTER Alex took the measures she took.  Why is that?
