This
is good. Children learn by example. Perhaps bullying will lessen if children hear
that there are consequences attached to it.
If children are spewing such evil comments at age 12 and 14, what will
they be like later on in life? Children
that are capable of such behavior need to have proper counseling before they
spin out of control.
